the south is not neglected, it's the tourism hotspot of the
country, Phuket, Songkla, Haatyai, Trang, they are all in the south
... the muslim insurgents were a bunch of low-life bandits who went
around pretending to be fighting for religion, while making dough
from extortion and smuggling .... it's only recently when nutcases
from the middle-east touched bases with them that impressionable
young boy got sucked in too ....
unless you want to be like spain ... a train bombing later, and
their army packs up in Iraq ... or the Phillipines ? ... if you
give and inch, you think they'll not take a foot ? ...
